Mubasher: Al Jazeera Steel Products Company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved on Monday the distribution of cash dividends of 14 baisas per share, representing 14% of the share capital.

The company is capitalised at OMR 12.49 million distributed across 124.9 million shares with a nominal value of OMR 0.10.

The OGM earlier agreed on paying cash dividends of 9 baisas per share (9% of the share capital) for the fiscal year 2015.

The company earlier posted a net profit of OMR 2.7 million for the first half of the fiscal year 2016, compared to OMR 1.4 million for the same period of 2015.
